The project involves production tank farms, blending tank farms and logistics tank farms and includes automatic control systems, instruments, valves, energy management systems and engineering construction. It realizes the monitoring of online temperature, quality and pressure of metal oil tanks, the control of all equipment, oil inlet and outlet, metering and loading system of oil shed, and energy management. The MES function is integrated to realize the automatic release of orders, automatic path matching, review of orders and automatic execution, realizing the intelligent production of the whole plant.
